Top of the Hill 100% Pure Honey is raw from the hive, collected, filtered and bottled by hand. We do not heat or highly filter the honey. Our honey is strained for large pieces of wax and particles, leaving the nutritional value items, such as pollen, intact. For allergy sufferers and those using honey for health benefits, this is what you want. Pure, raw, unheated honey - nothing is added. Our hives are maintained by natural management practices and we do not use chemicals in our hives. Chemical-free hives means chemical free honey.
